I was working on the integration of Election of Benefits (Define Benefits Plan) that in turn would set the participant In Pay and also allow the internal users and Plan Sponsors to set the Payments variables like Destination, Taxable and Non Taxable Deductions and also gives participants the ability to set the Federal and the State Tax withholding.Once the Payment is set, integrating the PenProPlus to the Trustee of the client so that the payments can be made to the Participant (Rollover and Non Rollover). Simultaneously also working restructuring the platform so the application is accessible from all the different devices.

Worked as a Business Analyst on an application for online ad space selling based on clicks called pay for performance model. This application allowed advertisers to place an ad online and manage their account. As part of my project I also worked on developing various reporting tools feeding off same database used by different stake holders of the application. Alongwith my responsibility at Rediff.com was to optimize the client’s search based ads on Rediff.com. I pioneered the Ad operations for the Pay per click ads, handled big budget clients from Naukri.com, Shaadi.com, Makemytrip.com, Citibank, ICICI, Jeevansathi.com, Bharatmatrimony.com, etc. to small and medium size advertisers which went up to 1500 - 2000 retail advertisers. I initiated and handled a BPO with 50 seats, where we used to optimize search ads for SME advertisers..
