Examples of questions I helped my team answer:- Why is a specific metric or modelling technique better than the alternate options for evaluating a financially material risk?- How does adding a new dataset affect a climate risk model and what adjustments are needed as a consequence?- How do we automate research processes and reporting, so we can maximise time spent on critical tasks?- How do we translate industry-specific qualitative insights into rules and incorporate them into risk models?- How do we use best practices in software engineering to create a library for generating simulations and analyse impact of a proposed model change at different levels?- How do we present technical concepts in a way that balances simplicity and complexity without making them complicated?

Created and maintained a new website with React, TypeScript, and Ghost for this fintech startup. Experimented with GPT-3 for content creation and marketing purposes. Implemented new designs for existing dashboard with data visualisation libraries like Nivo and Recharts, and state management libraries like Redux. Helped review a borrower-first strategy for the company and wrote blog posts regularly.

Used React Native, AWS Amplify (AppSync, Lex, DynamoDB, Cognito, etc.) to create a cross-platform mobile app for runners. Used React to create a web app, so coaches can use it to interact with the runners.

Brought people from a hot moment to a cool calm. Built rapport with texters, explored their level of risk, identified their goal, and used collaborative problem solving to identify coping skills. Took high demand shifts, and talked to people with high suicide risk and people who suffered from physical, emotional and sexual abuse.
