As a professional engineer and leader, I am able to bring unique and unparalleled experience as a Project Manager having previously spent over 9 years as a Royal New Zealand Navy Engineering Officer. Having joined Height in 2022, I bring the ability to communicate and engage with a wide range of clients and stakeholders ensuring the best outcomes are achieved. I am able to successfully work within a collective team environment but also lead parts of an organisation and business. My career has so far helped me develop my technical, managerial, and leadership skills through Project Management, People Management, and Leadership roles. Working in a number of various engineering units and supporting organisations, I have had the opportunity to work across a number of roles from supporting the central Government and Office of the Governor-General to leading engineering teams and managing large complex projects across an organisation. Through my various past and present roles in addition to the numerous educational courses and overseas experiences I have been lucky enough to be a part of, I have been able to develop myself and build on my skills as a professional engineer.
