Alongside my expertise in Evolutionary Biology and Ecology, I have a particular interest ad expertise in developing the transferable skills that our undergraduate students need in order ot thrive. I run a Community of Practice to share best practice in this area (www.skillscop.com - very open to new members!). I have an additional focus on supporting students' sense of belonging at university and the student transition into and through higher education.I organise our first year Professional Skills for Biosciences module, and our third year Social Evolution module. I am the Director of Admissions for the School of Biological Sciences at UEA.
