So rather than constantly trying to balance work and life, which is exhausting and can be very painful, I help my clients find and achieve their life's work.From the age of 17 I have been studying human performance in life and work.At the age of 23 I started my entrepreneurial journey, and began a life in business. Creating one of Australia’s biggest allied health care practices. I then went on to build one of Victoria’s premier bulk billing radiology companies, and within 7 years, had 4 practices in SE Victoria, employing over 35 staff, and turning over 3.5M+/year. In just the last 3 years I have coached over 2000 hours and ran over 50 workshops to over 1000 people. What I found interesting was that despite my clients presenting on the surface with a host of challenges around Health, Relationships, Money, Career, Business or just Life itself, Ultimately they were wanting to be Busi-less, less-full and more full-filled.I believe we are at a time in the world when more than ever we need our leaders to be great. Whether they are our business leaders, team leaders our mums and dads. To be better and to leave the world a better place.
