The thing is though I believe that the pursuit of work life balance is a losing strategy. So rather than constantly trying to balance work and life, which is exhausting and can be very painful, I help my clients find and achieve their LIFE’S WORK. From the age of 17 I have been studying human performance in life and work. At the age of 23 I started my entrepreneurial journey, and began a life in business. Creating one of Australia’s biggest allied health care practices. I then went on to build one of Victoria’s premier bulk billing radiology companies, and within 7 years, had 4 practices in SE Victoria, employing over 35 staff, and turning over 3.5M+/year. In just the last 3 years I have coached over 2000 hours and ran over 50 workshops to over 1000 people. What I found interesting was that despite my clients presenting on the surface with a host of challenges around Health, Relationships, Money, Career, Business or just Life itself, Ultimately they were wanting to be Busi-less, less-full and more full-filled. I believe we are at a time in the world when more than ever we need our leaders to be great. Whether they are our business leaders, team leaders our mums and dads. To be better and to leave the world a better place. My vision for the future is that we continue to unleash the greatness, the true character within our current and future generations and as a result, leave a powerful legacy for future generations. As Billy Graham, the evangelist said. “The greatest legacy we can pass on to one’s children and grandchildren, is not money, or other material things accumulated in one’s life, but rather a legacy of character and faith.” I know there is an incredible power when we can combine vision, clarity and action.
