As an adjunct professor at Penn State University’s World Campus (ranked #1 in online learning by U.S. News & World Report in 2016), I teach organizational behavior and performance in the Masters Degree program at the Graduate School of Labor and Employment Relations.Additionally, I was asked in 2020 to design a Women in Leadership course for the undergraduate program in OLEAD, which successfully launched in Fall term 2021 and received rave reviews from registered students.

Major Contributions: * Worked with the new Dean of Continuing Education to evolve a culture aligned with his vision for a dynamic, multi-faceted, financially-sustainable learning delivery model. Effectiveness rating in 2008: 4.8 of 5.0.* Engaged new managers and improved their competencies by designing and delivering an innovative online educational program featuring a management curriculum, insights from company leaders, and networking with colleagues. 89% said the program made them more effective in their jobs.* Fortified cross-functional relationships and bolstered peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing by establishing communities of practice and implementing a mentoring program for functional leaders.

Established a comprehensive management and LOD corporate university infrastructure for a global financial services firm’s 5,000+ employee base and 350-member regional management team. Major Contributions:* Accelerated action on goals, deepened individual effectiveness, and promoted executive knowledge-sharing through coaching Operations Team members and divisional leaders. * Increased region-wide managerial capability by designing and facilitating a wide-ranging LOD curriculum covering an array of skill and knowledge development across all management levels. * Implemented special interventional activities within intact work teams that resulted in significant improvements in regional productivity and engagement scores. Many of these unique initiatives were adopted by the corporate LOD function.* Developed high-potentials and ensured sustainable talent capability across the organization by collaborating with HR business partners & business leaders to design and deliver a comprehensive succession management and planning process.
