Provide leadership and oversight for college policy and practice in three key areas, strategic planning, data analysis, and institutional accreditation. Through the work of the institutional effectiveness office, the Chief Strategy Officer partners with functional areas of the college to develop college strategy, develop accountability measures and systems, ensure timely and accurate compliance reporting, and support data-informed planning across the organization. ● Lead strategic planning for the college through the development, maintenance, measurement, and evaluation of a three-year strategic plan. This includes collaboration with colleagues in academics, student services, financial aid, admissions, facilities, finance, human resources, and others to ensure a lean and fiscally responsible planning framework with a focus on accountability, transparency, and ensuring that stakeholders have the information and resources to meet strategic plan goals and in doing so achieve college targets for growth and stability. ● Manage the College’s data infrastructure to include providing leadership on the construction of data resources and action-oriented user data environments, the underlying databases, and all associated software needs, and an emphasis on communication structures that place timely, actionable, and easily understood data. ● The Chief Strategy Officer serves as the College’s Accreditation Liaison Officer to the Higher Learning Commission.● Serves as chair for the College Committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion helping to cultivate, drive, and measure the College’s anti-racist philosophy for organizational action. ● Working with institutional leaders to implement a comprehensive DEI framework, implementing an employee engagement system, eliminating inequity in student educational attainment, increasing student enrollment through an expansion of the College’s online programs, and conducting an cost-benefit analysis for all programs
