Technical leader on water remediation of PFAS contaminated water.Key Achievements: • Developed scalable electrocatalyst and completed process design for nitrate treatment for drinking water.• Developed E-AOP method and invented incorporated process design to treat and destruct per and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in water.• Invented new and low cost electro-activated AOP technology.

Role included project proposal; experiment design and execution; result analysis and publication.Key Achievements: • Developed a novel, cheap, Pt-replaceable electrocatalyst (Cobalt Molybdenum Sulfide, CoMoSx) for water hydrogen evolution. • Developed highly efficient silicon or Cu2O based photocathodes coupled with molybdenum group electro-catalysts (CoMoSx and Cu2MoS4) for renewable hydrogen production.
