I am a Consultant Psychiatrist, Broadcaster & writer and run health & mindset transformation workshops for many large organisations including but not limited to Goldman Sachs, Ernst & Young, Accenture, Barclays and the BBC. I am regularly featured in print/online media such as The Telegraph, The Independent and Buzzfeed as well as provide expert opinion on radio and TV. I have also been published in books and journals.With over 25 years' clinical experience both in the NHS and Private Sector, I am based in Mayfair, London and Nightingale Hospital near the famous Abbey Road studios, working with a wide range of clients including celebrities and politicians. With an Integrative approach to psychiatry I bring together the best of cutting edge medicine, psychotherapy and effective holistic mental health treatments. I am on the Executive Committee for the Royal College of Psychiatrists Spirituality and Psychiatry SIG and was a finalist for the RCPsych’s public educator of the year award for 2 consecutive years. I am passionate about raising awareness about mental health and reducing stigma; for 3 years I presented a weekly mental health show on BBC radio. I continue to feature on Radio 4’s Today programme with Thought for the day and World of Wisdom on BBC World service.
