Current* Upskilling and reskilling Manufacturing and Operations Leaders: Design and implement targeted learning programs to increase leadership capabilities within critical areas of the supply chain.* Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, offering insights, recommendations, and data-driven strategies to drive organizational success.* DE&I Integration: Provide direction and leadership in strategically integrating and operationalizing DE&I initiatives, resulting in tangible improvements in diversity representation and hiring metrics.* Thought Leadership: Identify and drive partnerships, thought leadership, and community-building opportunities, such as Women's Circles and ERGs, to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.* Engagement and Influence: Develop effective engagement strategies with leaders through facilitation, presentations, negotiations, and influential communication, resulting in alignment and support for DE&I initiatives.* Benchmarking and Best Practices: Identify diversity benchmarks and best practices to inform the design and implementation of initiatives, leading to measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.* DE&I Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in DE&I, contributing valuable perspectives, insights, and knowledge to enable the organization to capitalize on diversity for global success.* Talent Development: Develop corporate strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining diverse talent, resulting in improved representation and measurable improvements in hiring metrics.* Organizational Change: Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for change and drive desired outcomes, leading to positive organizational culture and practice shifts.
