Diana is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years of experience developing and delivering professional development training in education and corporate settings worldwide. Diana established her science education consulting company in 1987 after working as a secondary science educator and adjunct professor at Rollins College. While working on her Ph.D. Diana was hired as the Assistant Director of East Central Florida Center for Excellence @ FIT, a STEM learning facility serving educators, administrators, and FIT students in East Central Florida.As the CEO of her consulting company, Diana has traveled extensively to different parts of the world, sharing her expertise in teaching, learning, change management, and leadership development. Diana has collaborated with thousands of talented and dedicated leaders, educators, administrators, and support personnel worldwide, providing them with the tools to be successful in their careers and grow professionally. She has also designed and delivered training for large-scale projects in many school districts and corporations worldwide.
