• Onboarded 10-20 new content partners/vendors a year, to enable a wide range of content availability - both in terms of content and price. • Lead review of processes for the content team in SG, reduced the number of documents produced by 66% saved a further 5 hours/month using automation and removed dead work by reviewing all data cells and removing any that were no longer required. • Redesigned compliance screening process and lead rollout, resulting in a 10% improvement in speed and a 70% improve in consistency, which made a huge difference for searching and automation. • Selected out of a team of 15 to lead training and rollout of new software to APAC team. • Lead a content cost saving exercise for client during the covid period - produced business requirement documents and presented.
