Motivated and ambitious leader majoring in finance and business analytics at Villanova University School of Business. Always looking for ways to improve myself in order to be a great asset and team player. Throughout my time at Villanova, I have held leadership in several organizations and classes that translate to the business world. During the spring semester of my sophomore year, I won a semester long case competition in my Competitive Effectiveness class where I served as project manager in a team of 9, leading them through the creation of a $300,000 marketing plan for our client, Lil Mixins infant probiotics. Through this experience I developed stronger leadership skills through planning, editing, and overseeing work being done while contributing wherever I was needed. I currently serve as Vice President of Lambda Chi Alpha, Beta Iota chapter, and served as recruitment chair over the past year. During my time as Vice President, I have handled task and people related problems in order to effectively facilitate events using a budget of $8500 and ensure a brotherhood with a strong sense of belonging and inclusion for all. During my time as recruitment chair, I lead the efforts to revive our low membership, resulting in the largest class in chapter history since 1987, doubling membership in one recruitment cycle. During my time I successfully helped motivate my peers to try their best and create a welcoming culture that not only invited potential new members to see our organization, but to take an interest in each one. This strategy lead to a conversion rate (Number of bids extended / total accepted) of 89.47%.After my time as recruitment chair, I was chosen to be an executive member of the Model UN club. I am currently attempting to help this club revive itself from low membership using the skills I learned during my time as recruitment chair for Lambda Chi Alpha.My technical skills have been developed through my time in Villanova and I am currently developing more skills during my internship with the Villanova Endowment team. I developed key Excel and Tableau skills during my Business Analytics course. I learned several key functions and how to create pivot and power pivot tables, use solver, and use 3rd party software (Data Mining, Analytic Solver, and Simulation software's). I also became Bloomberg Concepts Certified my Freshman year.
