• IT consultation and incident management• Communicating with service engineers and assisting in mitigating major outages are key roles of being an Incident Manager• Project Lead, assisting in enhancing the understanding of the organization's processes and standards• Communicate and maintain working relationships with partner groups during Microsoft Commerce and Ecosystem (C+E) service outages, service disruptions, and risks.• Initiate, engage, and drive communications to resolution. • Provide support through incident management software to restore service operations as quickly as possible.• Minimize impact to services using monitoring and acting on incoming incidents.• Manage Cross-Team Communication - Send outage communications and coordinate with other operations centers, partners, and executives to ensure consistent messaging.• Ensure service levels and quality are maintained for designated C+E and C+E Partner services by ensuring incidents are escalated with accuracy and timeliness to teams via their published processes.
