Guided several military efforts to completion, including a 27 FTE / $2.6M data integration platform and analytics system, hosted in a DoD Azure environment. Managed 18 FTEs, including project managers, Azure architects, infrastructure engineers, and cyber security engineers as they designed and developed a new platform in support of a consolidated military multi-cloud environment. This team successfully obtained Authorization to Operation (ATO) and began onboarding mission applications to consume enterprise common service offerings. Led a team of 15 developers, DevOps engineers, UI/UX designers and testers to enhance and maintain a data collection processing tool created as a proof of concept for a branch of the military.

Provided program support for a federal security operations center and the Department’s Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC). As a member of program leadership, helped manage a team of 45 FTEs as they conducted incident response, systems administration, and cyber analytics. Collaborated with the Cyber Architect to develop Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) to provide our federal client recommendations on a new Cyber Threat Intelligence Platform (CTIP) implementation. Other tasks included working with the corporate business development and operations functions to support development of complex artifacts for government submission, as well as drafting press releases and corporate white papers for publishing.Worked with business development and operational functions to support development and review of complex documents for government submission. Interfaced with writers, illustrators, and subject matter experts to author content and review submissions. Duties included creating strategies for addressing business challenges and opportunities, as well as coordinating with business and solutions development teams to deliver responses for federal customers and writing corporate press releases and white papers. Collaborated with the Cyber Architect and Technical Site Lead to develop an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) and provide the government recommendations on a new Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Platform (CTIP) implementation.

Helped manage a team of 6 FTEs providing a federal client with onsite project management and process improvement support. Served as client liaison with enterprise IT service provider, performing requirements analysis and ensuring customer satisfaction. Saved the client more than $250K, over five years, through development of acquisition and asset management processes that eliminated excess inventory. During mandated reorganization, transitioned 40+ offices with staff to include web presence, file shares, and physical office moves.

Provided direct support for several US Navy contracts, as well as overhead support to the organization. Responsibilities included office management, accounts payable/receivable processing, HR assistance, and facility security support.• Developed organizational property tracking system. This reduced time spent acquiring hardware/software as well as ensured Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance for government furnished property accounting.• Responsible for creation of company handbook and HR guidelines; including regulations for use of company provided equipment, anti-harassment rules and documentation for employee benefits.• Worked closely with proposal and accounting teams to create project budgets and properly forecast requirements to stay within those budgets. • Worked as unofficial Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) – tracked incoming visitor access requests (VARs), processed classified shipments to/from the facility and collaborated with engineers to guarantee only authorized access to classified information.
