Oversaw Surveillance of 2/3rds of insured portfolio of world's largest, leading bond insurer. Responsible for all public finance, affordable housing, student loans and investor-owned utility credits. Responsible for Company’s bank lines and liquidity for commercial paper conduit. Organized and led MBIA's annual bank meeting. Point person on all commercial banking relationships. Organized and managed evaluation teams across the country. Generated pro forma cash flow analyses of prospective operations. Presented economic evaluations of mining and oil properties.
