As a serial entrepreneur and market-tested business owner, he is accustomed to creating businesses that are subject to state and federal regulatory oversight. Earlier in his career, he personally managed the regulatory approval and compliance for DingMonkey, a nationwide warranty company, while concurrently implementing a formidable marketing program and sales force. Currently, he is doing the same for his latest venture, PostItPlayIt, Inc. Mr. Eckman is well versed in the area of sales and uses his personal experiences to manage and grow sales teams. He personally learns the unique needs of each team and customizes incentive programs to drive top and bottom line growth. In addition to a focus on sales performance, Eckman is passionate about creating amazing customer experiences. As such, he works tirelessly to add value to his shareholders without sacrificing quality of service. Outside of the office, he can be found spending time with his wife and two daughters or training for his next Ironman triathlon.
