Maintained a proven record of identifying threats, responding to incidents and exercising the correct actions as required by the situation.• Developed effective Standard Operating Procedures centered around initiation and maintenance of force protection measures and procedures for a partnered Special Operations Command within Special Operations Task Force West, including Marine Special Operations, Navy Seals, Afghan Special Forces and Afghan Local Police, recording over 150 joint forces tactical combat operations.• Made critical, no fail mission decisions on a daily basis and maintained a safe working environment to mitigate risk, resulting in zero accidents and non-battle injuries while serving in the most volatile area of the Helmand Province. -
