Drew is a co-founder of Heritage Distilling Company. Involved from the beginning, his principle role at HDC until 2019 was a non-paid position leading the company’s My Batch program, which he helped develop. In the Spring of 2019, and in response to nationwide distribution demand, he officially joined the company as the VP of Production to increase output, enhance quality control and expand best practices regarding safety. Under his leadership, the production teams in 2019 were able to produce 200% more 9L equivalent cases than the previous year, ensuring all orders were fulfilled, while maintaining an appropriate safety stock. His teams improved processes and procedures for ensuring the highest quality finished goods, and increased the focus on safety measures. Credited with improving morale across the board with the creation of a team-oriented spot bonus for production staff, Drew is excited to take on the production and operations challenges in 2020 and beyond. These challenges include meeting an anticipated 120% increase in wholesale distribution orders, while standing up production operations at three new facilities before the end of 2020. Drew has served on the Heritage Distilling Co., board since the company’s inception.
