I managed 5 retail/contractor hardscape and landscape centers for the H&K Group. Duties included the daily running of operations, continual inventories, and product sales and customer service. Maintain locations, implementation and development of company wide accounting software system. Full IT support, deliveries, yard maintenance, and constant support for yard managers and contractors.

I worked as a Project Manager at Blooming Glen Contractors, one of The H&K Groups many contracting companies.Jobs include large highway paving, complete site work from the curbs down....Construction of Clemens Road for Hatfield Packing as well as the site development of their new warehouses. Subdivision sitework, road expansion. Working daily with GC's, site superintendants, and our work crews. Cost reporting and monthly billing of monthly work completed on as many as 16 simultaneous jobs. Production scheduling, progress meetings as well as constant vendor and subcontractor relations.

I was the AutoCAD Department Manager in The H&K Groups in-house engineering department. Jobs included...site development, quarry reclamation design, subdivision layout, details, and our own railroad system into one of the large quarries.
