Having worked in a number of different areas throughout my career to date, including CAMHS, ASD Services, Forensics, Adult Mental Health and Personality Disorder, I have had the opportunity to develop a range of skills and competencies. While some of these have been more assessment and diagnostically based, such as the Autism Diagnostic Inventory Revised (ADI-R) and ADOS-II, etc., others have led me more into my therapeutic interests. Therapeutically, for some time I have had a specialist interest in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and areas of Complex Trauma, as well as being trained more specifically in the use of Crittenden's Adult Attachment Interview. In relation to CAT I have qualified as a Cognitive Analytic Practitioner, CAT Supervisor, and additionally completed training as a U.K.C.P. recognised Cognitive Analytic Psychotherapist. In relation to trauma more specifically, I have completed all levels of E.M.D.R. training, as well as training in Cognitive Processing Therapy.
