Responsible for coordinating with facilities within the Specialty Markets Division to ensure they meet all product quality standards. Work with the manufacturing plants and financial services in the investigation and resolution of customer claims, with follow-up to find and eliminate root cause issues throughout the manufacturing processes. Helped with the integration of Shaw Sports Turf and SWG; including gathering data on product history, creating product specification documentation, quality and claims data. Responsible for Sports Turf testing and ensuring products meet ASTM and FIFA standards. Worked with corporate QE to oversee the testing, installation and training of the corporate on-line quality system. Helped develop and train staff at all manufacturing facilities and some support facilities in the use of on-line quality system. Responsible for the review/approval of new product introductions and manufacturing trials.

Developed project plans for implementing QS9000 procedures at three manufacturing facilities; Coordinated efforts with staffs at both facilities; Responsible for overseeing the internal audit component including conducting audits, reporting issues to management and the training of all internal auditors

Responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of training and education programs for the North Georgia operations, approximately 1,800 people.
