As an Account Manager, I serve as the point of contact for a territory spanning the Iowa/Missouri border. In my current role, I inventory, order and stock product for 54 stores ranging from corporate giants such as Walmart to Mom & Pop shops in rural communities. I have experience identifying, negotiating and securing leads and new contracts. I am passionate about the client's experience from contract to delivery. This passion drives me to build long-lasting relationships with clients. I am aware of industry trends, and use this knowledge to help clients find the products which best fit the individual needs of their storefront. I effectively communicate promos, sales and pallet buys in a timely manner, in order to help our clients get the most bang for their buck!While I spend most of my time in the field with clients, I am an active member of our branch sales team. I show up for my company by serving on work committees such as the Safety Team, and attending corporate events, when the opportunity presents. I am a team player, helping others build displays, reset accounts as well as contribute to annual giving drives.
