I am a Foreign Registered Lawyer (New York) in the Hong Kong office of Dechert. I have advised clients in many different areas, including M&A, capital markets, banking & finance, infrastructure, and global disputes. I have significant experience representing public and private companies as well as multilateral organizations in complex transactions, such as corporate acquisitions, PPPs, IPOs, and refinancing. I have also assisted clients with international commercial and licensing disputes before both arbitrators and courts. I actively engage in pro bono work, focusing particularly on refugee and human trafficking issues.Prior to joining Dechert, I was a Registered Foreign Lawyer in the Hong Kong office of another international law firm. I began my legal career as the law clerk to the Honorable Judge Florence Y. Pan of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
