Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Managing multi-unit residential developments from conception to completion phase - Managing multiple projects concurrently - Delivery of staged construction works including civil infrastructure on a large residential retirement communities - Stakeholder management, PCG meetings - Development feasibility - Engaging and managing consultants and contractors - Project design and value engineering - Executing, commissioning and handover - Scope management, variations - Liaising with authorities, town planning approvals - Monitor building process with a focus on QA system analysis and managing on-site OH & S, review of SWMS and safety auditing - Managing project resources - Managing the tender process, tender analysis - Cost management and financial control including budgeting and forecasting projects - Letting and administering head contracts - Design and manage project civil construction (roads, earthworks, drainage) - Electrical and communication infrastructure & networks (embedded networks)
