I oversee the in-line retail leasing of Franklin Mills, a 1.6 million square mall based outside of Philadelphia as well as have been extensively involved with the re-leasing of Opry Mills located in Nashville. Opry Mills had been a very successful operating center when the 2010 Nashville flood closed the mall for almost two (2) years. We began re-leasing the project in 2011 and the center's grand re-opening is March 29, 2012. In addition, I handle the global leasing for various retailers across the Mills portfolio, including Carter's Childrenswear, Hanesbrands (L'eggs Hanes Bali Playtex), Brown Shoe Corporation (Famous Footwear and Naturalizer) and OshKosh B'Gosh.

Handled various leasing duties for Prime Retail, a Baltimore-based upscale factory outlet developer and operator. Oversaw numerous merchant accounts across the Prime Retail portfolio.
