In this role, I oversee all the volunteer activities, interns, in-kind donations, as well as represent Gateway Center for speaking engagements, network meetings, volunteer recruitment and more. During my time in this role I have grown the volunteer base by 1,000+ volunteers. I have engaged several companies, churches, and schools who have converted from volunteering to being donors and supporters of the organization.

I began this organization in 2009 to help people find meaningful ways to serve. In this role oversaw every aspect of the organization. I oversaw all of the admin, finance, operations, programs, and more. Under my leadership, Project Live Love has developed many successful events and programs including THREE-OH-WE-GO, LIVE LOVE EVENTS, and GET SET. Through these events and programs I have activated over 8,000 individuals to show their love to others affecting the lives of over 25,000 people in need. I also did a great amount of public speaking in this role. I was invited to share at companies, churches, schools, conferences, and more.

In this role I oversaw the volunteers, mission teams, facilities, meal services, and emergency homelessness services for the organization. I worked with more than 2,500 volunteers annually. I helped individual volunteers, groups, companies, churches, clubs, and more find meaningful ways to serve. I was responsible for creating and maintaining a well rounded volunteer experience with appreciation events and more. Additionally, I oversaw the mission teams that would come to Atlanta to serve. I organized their housing, meals, transportation, projects, staffing, and more for the teams. I also oversaw each of the evening dinners. I built a team of staff and volunteers to provide a safe environment where people could get a hot dinner each night. Finally, I oversaw the emergency homelessness services that we provided. I again built a team, help establish policy and procedures, systems, and more to ensure that these services were provided in a efficient and effective way. Finally, in this role, I would from time to time represent the organization in the community. I have spoken at churches, companies, clubs, and more about the organization and the issue of homelessness.

I had the pleasure of working for this organization for a few short months. I helped develop resources and seminars to assist other non-profit organizations.

The same year as founding Project Live Love, my partner and I started Lampso. We were a marketing and design solution company. We worked with clients to develop branding, marketing materials, websites, and communication strategies.

I oversaw all of the volunteers and mission teams that served in the organization.

I worked for myself traveling the nation speaking to different groups.
