Directed Sales Education Group in support of Direct and Dealer sales executives. Implemented and maintained group's first LMS with 2,500 users. Directed team that consisted of classroom educators, content specialists, design professional and programmers. Created companies first on-boarding program for transactional sales representatives.

Created the role and expanded from there to include a national sales education facility, regular use of web based classes, an expanded sales education team and a certification program. Taught selling skills and product knowledge for full range of Hasler products.

Directed national sales of integrated solutions through dealer network. Majority of activity was field work with dealer representatives, calling on prospects and completing product demonstrations. Achieved 115% of plan. Developed first training program for integrated solutions selling.

Directed sales of integrated solutions for Great Lakes region. Assisted dealer representatives in all aspects of integrated solution sales cycle. Conducted training in-dealer to improve selling skills and product knowledge. Led development plan to establish an integrated solutions specialist in each of my assigned dealers.

Assisted assigned "Star Dealers" in their sale of Hasler solutions and products. Provided assistance from field work with dealer sales executives to working with dealer management on goal planning and issue resolution with manufacturer

Conducted all aspects of sales management. From recruiting and hiring to field work, mentoring and coaching and training. Inherited team of 3 producing $750K and transformed into a team of 7 producing well over $3 million. Achieved Hasler and Rena Systems National Dealer of the Year status all years. Sold some of the first integrated solutions in the nation with the placement of MOS VPS, WITS inbound tracking, CHAMP Differential weighing systems and multi-station, multi-location accounting systems.

Senior account manager in Cleveland branch, working the Akron/Canton territory. Achieved yearly 1988 sales goals in only 7 months, selling $350K. Placed organizations first PC based shipping solution (based in an Apple IIe computer).

Managed the development and supported the sales of the mailing systems and scales product line. Regularly traveled to Switzerland to provide product input and direction for new mailing system product line. Created and supported launch of a new scale line, an economy shipping system and the companies first scale-based manifest system

Began mailing career as a Branch office sales representative in the Akron/Canton territory. Achieved all sales goals from 1985 through 1987. Represented the entire Hasler and Better Packages product line.
