Working alongside vendor representatives to plan the most efficient strategies to maximize their success on the road and win business consistently. Directing a young sales team to increase overall productivity while creating an environment that builds independence and creativity in the sales and support cycle.

Managed all direct state and local sales in GA, FL, SC, AL, MS, and LA. Worked alongside numerous manufacturer's representatives in a previously unattended territory to increase sales and awareness in State and Local Law Enforcement, Fire Rescue & HazMat, and CONUS Base personnel. Built important relationships, conducted and orchestrated demonstrations, and created value for key contacts in major programs including GEMA, Atlanta SWAT, Atlanta Fire & HazMat, MEMA, and Alabama State Patrol.

Due to a changing sales climate, Zistos requested my assistance to forecast, plan, and train a new group of sales professionals and build a new sales culture for the future. Also involved in creating future sales objectives, investigating new markets and sales strategies, and advancing relationships with current customers.

Managed all direct, vendor, and internet sales in GA, FL, MS, AL, and Puerto Rico. Worked alongside EHS managers, conducted comprehensive hand PPE assessments, and became instrumental in helping change the safety cultures in a number of unrelated manufacturing industries, some of which included Georgia Pacific, Waste Management, and Chevron. Routinely collaborated sales efforts with other RSMs and vendors nationwide to create a network of around the clock service and speedy delivery if necessary.

Inside sales professional focusing on SWAT, EOD, and Search and Rescue teams for Federal and State level programs. Designed several key metrics to forecast and document sales effectiveness for the entire sales team. Held a secondary position as Quality Control Lead to evaluate incoming parts and materials, tested all product functionality, and gave final approval on all outgoing product.

Sole sales contact and regional manager for central and south Texas along with Louisiana, for all direct and online sales of Law Enforcement equipment, uniforms, and gear. Attended a number of GSA seminars to better understand the procurement process for State and Federal agencies. Participated in several equipment training days to better understand the equipment and connect with end users in the field.
