Successfully led and expanded a team instrumental in the development and global expansion of a creative-led brand, culminating in a successful IPO. Spearheaded the execution of diverse brand and creative initiatives, including product launches, packaging design, e-commerce strategies, marketing campaigns, and the refinement of brand identity on a global scale.

OSSIC was a 3D-audio technology company founded by ex-Logitech engineers. I joined before seed stage to help build the brand and launch their first product the OSSIC X on Kickstarter, raising just over $2.7M on a bootstrap budget. Following the launch, I continued to lead the brand and marketing strategy efforts through to the initial beta product delivery.

While at Carbon I helped to steer a company from start to merger in just over two years. Our first product, Zooka, started as an initial sketch on a piece of paper and made it to the shelves of Apple within seven months.
