I’ve been covering the federal workforce, pay and benefits for Federal News Network since March 2022. I specialize in topics such as recruitment and retention, retirement services, federal pay systems, the Thrift Savings Plan, telework policy, labor-management relations and civil service reform. I co-host FNN’s radio show Your Federal Life and appear regularly on the Federal Drive, FNN’s flagship radio program. I occasionally report live on WTOP and have also appeared on C-SPAN radio.Before joining Federal News Network, I was a producer for Government Matters and a production assistant at WJLA/ABC-7 News. My reporting has appeared in various other publications including ESPN, Arlington Magazine and The Cavalier Daily. I graduated from the University of Virginia in 2018 with a B.A. in media studies after earning "highest distinction" on my senior thesis.Outside of work, I’m a long-distance runner and have completed three marathons (and counting!). I also enjoy camping, hiking and solving New York Times crossword puzzles.
