I am a first year college Student currently at Indiana University pursuing Finance through the Kelley School of Business. I have a passion for finance and have gained strengths such as dedication, self motivation, and learning independently through trial and error. I have learned these strengths through my years in high school by having the position of Captain for my varsity lacrosse team. By leading a team and a group of people, I have learned to communicate with different types of people and learn to understands their feelings. By being a leader I was someone to look up to for motivation and inspiration. I am a day trader of the stock market , by doing this I use financial analysis and quantitive reasoning in my decisions. I trade with a few friends and learning to communicate to reach a common goal is a very important skill I learned. By being around the stock market I have gained a strong interest in Finance and financial analysis.Now being at Indiana University I plan to further improve my interest in finance and find new opportunities to help me expand my knowledge of finance. I plan on joining a day trading club or a financial investment group. By being in a club or a program I will gain more strengths and skills in a financial sense. I enjoy working together with others to complete a unified goal. I also am a member of Greek life and will have a multitude of Alumni relations. With these connection I am able to build on my financial goal.With the help of the Kelley Business School, I plan on becoming a financial advisor or an investment banker. I am aiming for an internship with a company and continuing my financial career.
