Membership Sales Associate/Manager

Support and facilitate the monthly sales promotions and marketing plan along with promoting and selling club memberships to corporations and individuals. Conduct guest tours and provide membership information to prospective members. Achieve a minimum number of daily contacts must be achieved along with a minimum number of daily appointments. Assist with club activities/programs to support current memberships and promotes new membership sales. Demonstrate an understanding of product knowledge including general exercise knowledge & equipment/programming availability. Develop & maintain a prospect lead generation system for corporate & individual members by telemarketing, outside cold calling, club guest passes, walk-ins & member referrals while maintaining a prospect lead follow-up system. Utilize standardized sales techniques including greeting, interest, money, decision, presentation, closing & post sales skills. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding monthly personal and team budgeted goal, in units and/or revenue. Corporate Clients: Midtown Urology, CDC, Children’s Healthcare, Emory University, Gables Properties, ATTA, Suntrust, WAGA-TV Fox 5, Mexican Consulate, Whole Foods.
