I am working with forward thinking AEC companies across Canada at all stages of building design software use. I work with them to analyze their company’s requirements from both a documentation standpoint and a workflow position to increase their ability to perform in competitive markets through the implementation of the most suitable BIM solutions.I work with sales professionals within the company through the pre-sales process to ensure that the best solution is provided to our clients. Following the pre-sales process I then work with clients to train their users and produce any required standards. I also assist clients with on going support to make sure that their software investment provides the best ROI.

At Cobalt Engineering I was involved in the day to day management of the Revit MEP software system. I ensured that everyone involved within a project team who will be using Revit was given all the support and training they needed. I initially setup the templates and continued to improve upon them as time and software versions went on.I ensured that the projects files were running smoothly by performing periodic health checks on the files using my in depth knowledge of the software to ensure that everything was as streamlined as possible, this minimized any chance of wasted time within the project.I produced a Revit user manual so that all current and new users within the company can see how Cobalt Engineering utilizes the power of the Revit platform to produce industry leading design and documentation.I liked to keep up to date by doing some hands on work within the project files as and when time permitted, this helped ensure that I understand the issues that end users of the software faced.

I used my product and industry knowledge to train and assist with the implementation of Autodesk products including Revit & AutoCAD to Architectural and MEP firms. I also assisted in pre and post sales activities along with sales professionals providing expert Autodesk software advice.

Taught various classes within the AICO department including Essentials AutoCAD (AICO 1000), customization of AutoCAD (AICO 2020) and Programming in AutoCAD (AICO 3020)
