I lead Spark! Technology Solutions, a high school course that provides time, resources, and mentors to help bring student ideas to life. Unlike in a typical class, at Spark! Technology Solutions Junior and Senior students independently create pathways to acquire their desired technology skills, and then they apply those skills to solve client problems through collaborative work in teams.

• Acting technology director for 4 schools, covering 9 campuses and over 3,000 students.• Crafted technology vision for more than 10 independent, charter, and public school systems, helping leaders set productive direction for over 10,000 students• Designed and delivered 24+ trainings for groups of five to 250 people• Conducted strategic technology audits for over six schools and districts, recommending forward steps in their education technology program, application stack, and technology infrastructure • Provided tech construction planning for six full-building renovation projects• Led selection and implementation of major software applications, including Student Information, Behavior Management, Mobile Device Management, and Web-based Collaboration.

• Led the technology department for a private high school serving 650+ students and 70+ staff• Managed 10+ IT operations projects, including establishment of 5-year refresh cycle for user-facing devices, audio-video upgrades in classroom as well as auditorium spaces, and acquisition and roll-out of faculty, staff, and student computing devices • Influenced technology adoption of 12+ metropolitan school districts as co-president of the Education Technology Association of St. Louis
