In volunteering my time, I provide resources, mentorship and often host subject matter expert presentations on professionalism, ethics, hiring practices, interview guidance, etc.Reflection of my educational milestones, I received a full-tuition scholarship to Rutgers University (RU). With original aspirations to pursue a career within the legal domain as corporate counsel, I earned my B.A. in Criminal Justice with a concentration on Criminology and Sociology. My study selection was heavily driven by my curiosity in the human psyche. Striving for perfection, I was awarded countless academic achievements and graduated as a Scarlet Knight with highest distinction—summa cum laude. My career path was diverted when I discovered the recruiting industry, one that stimulated my entrepreneurial mindset.Outside of my greatest passion for further strengthening NuSources as a dominant force in the industry, my personal interests include: exploring the majestic island of Bermuda (ask me for tips!), fine dining (huge foodie for French cuisine), Broadway theatre, researching technology evolution, mixed martial arts (MMA) / UFC, and Orange Theory Fitness (OTF).
