- Oversee operation of all areas of the center such as sales, customer service, clinical, and delivery while continuing to maintain all duties as an outside sales executive - Ensure procedures comply with federal, state, local regulations that apply to OSHA, DOT and FDA- Control inventory through purchasing of equipment and supplies- Maintain current relationships/build new patient connections to continue building an atmosphere of growth (SEE BELOW)- Interview, hire, train, and supervise quality candidates.- Responsible for the profitability of the center and for implementing and directing cost controls.- Perform equipment set-ups in patient homes; most set-ups are oxygen equipment, nebulizer compressors, CPAP- Respond to service calls and often visit patient’s houses all hours of the night during on-call shift, handle the rotation of shifts with employees and serve as backup in the event of an employee absenteeism

-Identify and attract new customers by introducing new products, services, and technologies while maintaining existing relationships in an effort to increase Lincare Healthcare sales and exceed customer expectations-Prepare and submit detailed sales plans for achieving quotas, as well as for the purpose of presenting products to prospective clients to meet monthly revenue goals- Provide information on Medicare and insurance procedures, pricing, and product information to referral sources- Continued follow up visits to physicians to assist in the assurance of clean paperwork before packages are sent to accounting for billing and collections
