Managed a highly customized, fully integrated Salesforce platform being utilized for provider credentialing, referring provider activity tracking, and commercial insurance reporting. Hired and managed a high-performing Salesforce admin and (minimal) outside consulting to maintain and improve operations of services provided via our Salesforce platform. Learned and managed external system integrations with our Salesforce platform via Informatica ETL software.Successfully managed the merging of a CU Medicine billing and HR website with a fully integrated healthcare provider finder website to create a comprehensive CU Medicine patient-facing website (as part of a larger community practice marketing and branding initiative). Handled application, system, and network administration duties in the radio broadcast division of the company along with continued development and support of legacy marketing applications and systems I had expert knowledge of. Improved and enhanced existing BASH code to provide fault tolerant delivery of NBC news radio audio clips via a Joomla website and multiple, automated delivery platforms. Managed several, seasoned network operation technicians with advanced knowledge of radio broadcast delivery applications.

Contributed to development of NBCSportsRadio.com as part of a diverse team with a proven track record. The site utilized jQuery, AJAX, PHP, HTML, and CSS to deliver real time sports show info for an engaging digital audio experience. Developed the primary scripting engine behind the NBC News Radio website delivery platform… The engine utilized a custom DOS, WinSCP scripting app to transfer audio files and associated XML metadata from D.C. to Denver and utilized BASH, GAWK, SOX, PHP, and MySQL tools to automatically processes and publish newscasts and audio clips to the NBCAudio.com website. Served as a both a developer and web systems administrator under both the Marketing and IT departments. My team also made significant improvements to CMS based websites (including the primary company website before and after mergers took place, and a revenue driving, radio prep website that grew following acquisitions).
