- Maintained Symantec Ghost and OSD images for the NIPR and SIPR networks providing certified base images for computers across the Fort Lewis network. I troubleshot issues that arose with the different imaging processes that were used to incorporate a sanitized network. - Provided customer support services including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance and/or training; diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents - Supported customers by pushing patches, updates, and programs using SMS on the Fort Lewis Network- Served as a member of the Information Center Help Desk which includes communications networking, Local Area Network (LAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN) functions - Served as a principle point of contact for resolving customer questions or problems concerning Information Technology (IT) automation systems, software and /or hardware problems, password violations, telecommunication troubles and work orders.- Researched, evaluated and provided feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support requirements- Installed, configured, troubleshoot and maintained hardware and software- Provided customer training- Ensured the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles and practices in delivery of customer support service- Acquired Top Secret clearance - 05 May 2006
