Working with and leading teams of quality assurance analysts to provide verifiable, reproducible, and documented defect records for software in development. Our goal was to provide feedback to the development team that didn't need to move back and forth in iterations to determine what perceived issues were. Our tracking system provided a clear understanding of who owned which defects and how they were prioritized. A background in software development allowed me test an internal scripting engine and build a small group of machines that were able to automate most software scenarios and capture exceptions while in a debug environment providing additional value.
