Responsible for resourcing the Program across the theater, a task that involves over 1500 people in 25 sites with 544 facilities, and a myriad of smaller forward repair capabilities. Ensures that all remote sites are adequately resourced to execute the mission. Directs procurement and acquisition actions in support of the program theater wide. Serves as the Contracting Integrator for the Program. Prepares annual budget submission. Serves as principal interface with the COTR. Maintains property accountability and distinction, keeping discretely separate Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) books, Theater Provided Equipment (TPE) books and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) books. Serves as the PBUSE overwatch for the program. Serves as the transportation Integrator for the Program, ensuring the receipt, accounting and onward movement of Class II, IV, VII and IX in support of the fielding strategy. Now serving as the Lead for program drawdown and retrograde. To date I have closed four of eleven sites, with more on the way. I have networked through the OEF Theater redeployment processes, managing disposition, multi-modal transportation and divestiture of program property worth more than a billion dollars.
