The Regional Leadership Councils, which are new in 2022, provide leadership and guidance to the operations of CXPA in their region, working in concert with the Board, staff and Network Leaders. Together, these bodies provide leadership and governance for CXPA's strategic directions and delivery of membership value throughout the globe.As a Regional leader, I will identify, develop and support CX professionals from day 1 through retirement by providing guidance, mentoring, education, certification, and awards that help advance their career and professional reputation.I will also promote greater understanding of CX and CX professionals through furthering consensus definitions and knowledge established by consensus research and documented in the CXPA CX Framework. Establish connections with higher education institutions and other content developers that share CXPA's values and offer CX courses and degrees in line with CXPA's CX framework.Finally, I will foster the CX community worldwide by cultivating content driven regional communities that ensure cultural, social, economic and CX maturity relevance. Support members to connect with one another in subject matter or geographic networks, with an explicit focus on engaging under-served constituencies, including the next generation of CX leaders around the globe.
