I currently work as a Career Consultant. For the past 30 years I have worked with various universities and community colleges. I am devoted to helping students with the identification pursuit and attainment of their career goals. As a Nationally Certified Counselor and Career Counselor (N.C.C., NC.C.C.). I began my career working as a career counselor, and eventually gained the opportunity to work at a new university which offered many fantastic learning opportunities. I enjoy the challenge of working outside my comfort zone and taking on new challenges. I have worked on teams developing policies and procedures for new educational institutions. After obtaining my Ed.D. I took on the responsibility acting as one of two inaugural Judicial Affairs Officers and one of two inaugural Title IX officers. I have co-chaired many successful conferences and have assisted in the development of new program models for various departments in Student Affairs.
