For me management is about supporting staff and subject matter experts to excel in their jobs.My 20+ years' experience as a researcher then Senior Manager in NFPs and in programs of social and behavioural research has taught me not to try to be the smartest person in the room, but how to get the right smart people together to tackle problems. I've delivered for NFPs in sectors such as violence prevention, food relief, blood donation & education.My passion is using my strategy building and leadership skills to help NFPs achieve their mission, using process change, innovative research and empowering people. As a researcher I am committed to translatable research for NFPs using strong evidence based interventions.
