I am a life-long educator with over 30 years of experience ranging from the classroom to the state department of education. I utilize my extensive knowledge and experience with curriculum, instruction and assessment to manage the curation of the high-quality resources provided to educators in the Learning Hub. As a well-known contributor and expert in the area of educator supervision and evaluation and teaching and learning, I lead the design, development and implementation of Ribbit Learning’s Instructional Coaching Program. Each of these Learning Hub features are critical to delivering and scaling highly effective professional learning. As an active member of Arizona School Administrators, I have been proud to serve as President, and currently serves as the Treasurer and Webmaster for the Best Public Education in Arizona Foundation. I an ongoing advocate for public schools where I work passionately to ensure that ALL students achieve success.
