CurrentEvaluate and resolve multiple error types and issues through a case queue for 300+ software vendors partnered within the Surescripts network. Provide additional assistance via phone, email, and case management.Manage a key vendor account via email, bi-weekly meetings, and impromptu conference calls. Provide error reporting, case updates and address special requests with main points of contact for the account.Approach cases by using a systematic and sequential approach to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolutions to issues reported by all vendors.Experienced in Salesforce, SQL, Tableu, Ithaca, and Hubspot for task tracking, reporting, and notification needs.
