My educational goals are to graduate from Brigham Young University - Idaho with a Major in Business Management and a Minor in Photography. After graduation, I plan to apply and attend a graduate school in Utah or online to receive an MBA in Business Administration with an Emphasis on Marketing. My overall goal for my career is to be an entrepreneur and successfully run my own photography/art business. My idea and goal are to turn my current online business, Shutter & Sketch Studios, into a building that gives my sister and me the opportunity to display our act together. Our target market would be high school and college students looking for a place to explore their artistic abilities. Our building would have a library/gallery as a working area and place to display artwork, my sister's art studio, and my photography studio. Our dream goal with this is to help students explore the art culture and world to develop their talents and teach them the various kinds of art they could achieve. I'd love to be able to hold internships for those students to help give them more experience, as I wish I had the same opportunity here in Idaho. I have a special place in my heart for children with special needs because my sister is one of them, and I worked at a rehabilitation center for over a year working with kids who had physical, mental, emotional, and behavioral needs. I plan to send a part of my profit from Shutter & Sketch Studios to charities and non-profit organizations that help these kids all over the world. By using my talents and creativity, I want to create an art organization where anyone can be as open and artistic as possible. Whether it is drawing, photography, digital art, graphic design, or writing; we give students studying the art programs a place where they can explore their creativity.
