The Clinical Director of Addiction Services is responsible for the overall Clinical Services that are provided by the mission which include and is not limited to the Outpatient program, Inpatient Program; TEACH program and the HAR program. All of the programs address chronic homelessness and addiction. The Clinical Director ensures that client/resident receives appropriate addiction counseling and treatment. The Rescue Mission receives their funding through DMHAS therefore all clinical staff uses NJSAMS, LOCI, and the ASAM criteria to assess clients/residents for appropriate levels of care. The populations for the inpatient program include: Parole, DOC, ISP, Drug Court, and Walk-In clients. The Outpatient program provides Intensive Outpatient Programming and Outpatient Programming for the community. TEACH provides educational and vocational training. The HAR program provides services for homeless clients with addictions. We provide services that will help homeless clients to receive addiction treatment and establish permanent housing. The Clinical Director of Addiction oversees all clinical aspects of each of these programs.

The Campus Administrator is responsible for the overall operations of all Clinical Services for a 750 bed correctional half-way house. The Campus Administrator of Clinical Services is responsible for all programming for offenders in the following populations, Parolee violators, Parolees, and County. The Campus Administrator monitors all contracts and ensures that all regulations are being fulfilled and all programming is being conducted up to standard. The Campus Administrator assists in the management of the facility, equipment, operational needs, and the maintaining of the operational budget. The Campus Administrator is the second in command of the entire campus and reports directly to the Campus Administrator.

The Center Director is responsible for the overall operations of the TC Program at Garden State Correctional Facility in Yardville, NJ. The TC Program is an intensive inpatient program in the DOC systems. The Director is responsible for 3 units with a total of 320 inmates, with a staff consisting of 3 unit supervisors, 15 counselors, and 1 administrative assistant. Monitoring DOC regulations and funding. To oversee management of the facility, equipment, operational needs, and to maintain the operational budget. The Director reports to the State Director for Gateway Foundation and NJ State office of Drug.

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the overall operations of the program, which is a DAS funded Intensive Outpatient Program. Providing supervision of counselors and counselor aide and overseeing the counselors in regards to intake with NJSAMS, developing and implementing treatment plans; reporting progress of clients on daily logs. As a Program Supervisor is also responsible for facilitating groups, individual sessions, teaching independent living skills; and reporting all outcomes to DYFS. Providing community resources, and referrals. Manage program controllable cost. Manage facility and equipment operational needs.
