CurrentAs a Board Certified Coach and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, I bring to my work with corporate leaders and business owners a deep understanding of individual and organizational dynamics. I have been providing executive coaching, leadership training and team-building services for over 20 years. Having found my professional passion, I invite the leaders I work with to consider carefully their current choices within the context of their most cherished long term goals, examining the degree to which those two things are aligned--or not. I have done the same myself. I think of myself not as an advice-giver but as someone who holds up a mirror and invites my clients to see themselves--and therefore their choices--ever more clearly, so that their decisions will be informed, conscious and fully intentional. I find that data is a particularly effective mirror, and so most all of my work is assessment-based, utilizing both self-report and 360-degree feedback. Feedback--whether quantitative or qualitative--is the best way I know to help leaders understand their impact on others. I am qualified and certified on about 30 leadership assessments, including CCL's suite of 360 assessments, numerous self-report instruments such as the Hogan, Strengths Profile, MBTI, FIRO-B, Change Style Indicator and WorkPlace Big Five Profile, as well as on the self-report and 360-degree versions of the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP), which was developed at Eckerd College's Leadership Development Institute. As the co-author myself of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP), www.emindsetprofile.com, I am particularly interested in helping individual leaders, corporate managers and prospective entrepreneurs understand their unique strengths in entrepreneurial thinking and behavior, which I strongly believe can be leveraged in pursuit of any professional goal, whether that involves running one's own business or driving growth and innovation within an organizational context.
